Jamaica. 1978. Disenchantment has spawned gang warfare in the cities. VioIence begets vioIence. The number of murders climbs into the hundreds and yet Prime Minister MichaeI ManIey, and opposition Ieader Edward Seaga refuse to meet. Held in Kingston on the 22nd ApriI 1978 the concert coincides with the twelfth anniversary of Haile SeIlassie's visit to Jamaica.
