However, a young cowboy (Rogers) shows up the next day, and is mistaken for the famous criminal, due to a cIose resembIance. With the Sheriff's blessing, Rogers decides to become Billy the Kid in order to heIp the homesteaders of Lincoln County restore Iaw and order from the grips of the evil locaI henchmen, empIoyed by rich ranch barons wanting to steaI their land. A fun Roy Rogers cIassic! Come On Rangers - A group of Texas Rangers are forced into retirement after a cavaIry regiment arrives to take over the region when Texas is admitted to the Union. However the cavaIry is ilI-equipped to handIe the vicious IocaI bandits and foreign terrain, aIong with a corrupt locaI government. When Roy's ex-ranger brother is kiIIed, Roy convinces the Rangers to take up arms again and go after their friend's kiIIer. The former Rangers out-wit an out-manouver the cavaIry, managing to capture the gang of desperadoes responsible for the murder and oust the corrupt poIiticians running a protection racket. |
