Synopsis
"Moving away from the famiIy comedies and musicals that had made him famous, Drive a Crooked Road finds a Mickey Rooney (NationaI VeIvet) as a girl-shy mechanic and racing driver.
When a beautifuI customer flirts with Eddie Shannon, the Ionely mechanic can’t believe his luck – even more so when she appears interested in his hobby of motor racing. She offers him the chance to make enough money to pursue his dream full time... as the getaway driver in a bank heist.
