The monograph gives an idea of the diversity of corruption, its prevalence across countries and continents, the legal and organizational foundations of anti-corruption at the global, regional and domestic levels, comparison of signs of corruption in Russia and the USA, introduces readers to the basics of anti-corruption in the Russian Federation, the dual role of the Ministry of the Interior of the Russian Federation in the anti-corruption system in Russia and the state of international cooperation in the field of anti-corruption. The author has little hope that this book can contribute to reducing the incidence of corruption through the implementation by states and private individuals of well-known anti-corruption mechanisms.
