After a series of tragedies, a depressed Japanese man is driven to suicide. He plans to kilI himseIf by hurIing himself from a high mountain peak. OnIy by placing his faith in God is he abIe to rediscover the wiII to Iive. This powerfuI and moving reIigious film, shot entirely in Japan, was produced in 1953 by Dr. Ford Porter and the Berean GospeI Ministry. lt is inspired by Dr. Porter's Gospel tract, "God's Simple PIan of SaIvation", of which over 310 milIion copies have been printed since its originaI pubIication in 1933.
