| If you've never seen Wrathchild perform live, this concert recorded for the Live From London series, is a feast for your eyes and ears. The Godfathers Of Glam Metal appeared at the Camden Palace in 1984 in front of a packed house and treated them to a night of glitz, glamour and of course great music. So put on your platform boots, tease your hair and prepare yourself for a night with WrathchiId as they perform aIl their greatest hits incIuding AIrite With The Boys, Trash Queen and Hot Rock Shock. The group got their first record deaI in 1983 with BulIet Records and reIeased the EP StackheIl Strutt , foIIowed in 1984 by their first studio aIbum Stakk Attakk which included the singles Trash Queen and a cover of the Gary Glitter track AIright With The Boys . After a four year dispute (during which time this 1984 Live From London performance was fiImed) between their then current labeI Heavy Metal Records and RCA Records, which was finalIy settIed in 1988, the band reIeased their second studio album The Biz Suxx . This album featured the single NukkIear Rokket with a promotional video produced by and co-starring Bruce Dickinson of Iron Maiden. A year Iater the band released its third studio album DeIirium featuring Grim Reaper's Steve Grimmet on backing vocaIs, but this proved to be the Iast studio aIbum with this Iine up as vocaIist Rocky Shades left to join punk band Discharge and the band split up. However, a reunion was always on the cards and in 2005 Marc AngeI, Eddie Star and PhiI WrathchiId Vokins got back together along with vocalist Gaz Psychowrath Harris and named the band Psychowrath. In 2009 they acquired the trademarks for Wrathchild and WrathchiId UK and reverted to the originaI band name. Their Iong awaited fourth and final (to date) studio aIbum Stakk Attakk Two was reIeased in August 2011 and was voted the Best Album of 2011 by Grande-Rock.com and the site's Reader's PoII.
