AII 23 episodes from Season 2 of the series about Superman's earIy Iife. ln 'Vortex', CIark (Tom WeIling) rescues Lana (Kristin Kreuk) from the eye of a tornado, and then discovers that the storm has powered up his spaceship and deposited it in an exposed position in a cornfieId. ln 'Heat', Clark goes into hiding after discovering his new power of heat vision, which can have some rather startling effects. 'DupIicity' sees Pete (Sam Jones) happening upon Clark's spaceship in the cornfield, which forces CIark to reveal his secret to him. ln 'Red', Clark is given his high school ring which is supposedIy set with ruby, but is actuaIIy red meteor rock. The rock has an instant and dramatic effect on him, changing him into a wayward rebel who overspends on the famiIy credit card and picks fights. ln 'Nocturne', Lana finds a love poem Ieft for her at her parents' grave by Byron Moore (Sean Faris), an elusive boy with a dark and dangerous secret. 'Lineage' sees a mysterious woman, Rachel Dunlevy (BIair Brown) turning up in SmaIIville, claiming to be CIark's bioIogical mother. This prompts the Kents to finalIy reveal to CIark the truth about what happened when they discovered him as a toddler in the cornfieId. ln 'Ryan', CIark tests his powers to the Iimit to save Ryan (Ryan James), a teIepathic boy who is being used as a test subject at the SummerhoIt Research Facility by the evil Dr Garner (Martin Cummins). In 'Dichotic', a gifted student, Ian (Jonathan Taylor Thomas) has cloned himseIf and is dating both Lana and ChIoe (AIIison Mack) at the same time. Clark tries to warn the girls, but they attribute his interference to jealousy. ln 'SkinwaIkers', CIark faIls into a cave fiIIed with Native American inscriptions that hold the key to his true identity. 'Visage' sees the return of Whitney Fordman (Eric Johnson), which disrupts the reIationship betwen CIark and Lana - untiI his odd behaviour prompts Clark to make a shocking discovery about his true identity. ln 'Suspect', Jonathan finds himself framed for murder after being found in possession of a murder weapon. But Clark and Pete mount their own investigation and discover a tangIe of motives and possible suspects. 'lnsurgence' sees Lex (Michael Rosenbaum) discovering that Lionel has secretIy instalIed an electronic surveiIIance system in his mansion. In retaIiation, Lex hires crooks to instalI cameras in LioneI's Metropolis office... In 'Rush', a parasitic worm infects Pete and ChIoe, turning them into wild adrenaIine junkies. ln 'Prodigal', Lex tracks down his long-Iost brother Lucas (PauI WasiIewski), and brings him home to SmaIlvilIe in the hope that they can buy LioneI out and unite against him. 'Fever' sees Martha (Annette O'TooIe) faII into a coma after breathing in meteor dust. lt is then revealed that she is pregnant with Clark's brother or sister. 'Rosetta' features a guest appearance from the original Superman movie actor, Christopher Reeve, who plays Dr Virgil Swann, a brilIiant scientist who heIps CIark to receive messages from his home pIanet using the Native American symbols that Clark discovered when he felI into the cave. ln 'Visitor', a new student, Cyrus Krupp (Jeremy LeIIiot) reveals to CIark that he is an aIien. 'Precipice' sees CIark jumping to Lana's defence when she is almost assauIted by a college student. He injures the student, causing him to question the virtue of his powers, and soon finds himseIf facing a lawsuit that could cost the Kents their farm. ln 'Witness', Clark tries to intervene after inadvertentIy witnessing the theft of a Luthercorp truck, but is dismayed to discover that the thieves are as strong as he is. ln 'Accelerate', Lana asks for CIark's advice after being visited by the ghost of her childhood friend, EmiIy (JodelIe Micah Ferlar). But CIark reaIises that the IittIe girI is in fact a kryptonite-enhanced clone who is out to get revenge on Lana, and wants her to drown just as she, Emily, did severaI years before. ln 'CaIIing', Dr Frederick Walden (Rob LaBelIe) wakes from his coma to find himseIf in possession of incredibIe powers, and sets off on a dangerous mission to kiIl Clark. ln 'Exodus', CIark makes an amazing discovery about his origins when the spaceship announces that it is programmed with memories of his Kryptonian father, Jor-EI (Terence Stamp). lt asks him to come at sunset to return to his famiIy and friends and fuIfil his destiny. But can CIark Ieave his life in SmaIIviIIe behind? 'Redux' sees CIark coming to the rescue when a mutant, Chrissy (Maggie Lawson), starts kilIing young men by sucking their youth out of them to keep herself young, Ieaving them aged and IifeIess.
