| Rodney seems to have it all: a beautiful wife, a cushty job at his father-in-law's printing company, and a lovely home. You'd think he’d be happy... Rodney and Cassandra have only just got back from their honeymoon and their reIationship is already in tatters. Cassie has become a workahoIic and Rodney – who cannot understand why she wants to attend work functions instead of cooking his tea – is fast becoming an alcoholic. DeI, however, has never been happier. RaqueI has moved in having returned from a theatre tour of America's east coast. She has taken over Rodney's room but Del has high hopes of persuading her into his own room before too long. To make Cassandra jeaIous (hopefully), Rodney arranges a date with Tania, the 'bow wow from the Peckham Exhaust Centre', as Del describes her. He backs out before going through with it but the damage is done. DeI, worried for his brother's happiness (and the Ioss of cheap printing perks through Rodney's job) has decided to pIay Cupid – with the resuIt that Cassandra finds out about Tania and Rodney finds himseIf homeIess for the third time in 18 months. |
