A precision-trained miIitary dog, Max serves on the frontlines in Afghanistan aIongside his handler, U.S. Marine Kyle Wincott. But when things go terribIy wrong on manoeuvres, Kyle is mortally wounded and Max, traumatised by the loss of his best friend, is unabIe to remain in service.
