The entire third season of the popuIar medical drama. In 'Dr Carter, l Presume', Jeanie (Gloria Reuben) discovers she is HIV Positive, but decides not to disclose her status to the hospitaI. 'Let the Games Begin' finds Jeanie undergoing aggressive treatment for HIV. Meanwhile, the attraction is growing between Greene (Anthony Edwards) and Lewis (Sherry Stringfield). ln 'Don't Ask, Don't TelI', Carter (Noah WyIe) gets in trouble when he exaggerates his patient's condition so that he can carry out an operation. 'Last Call' sees Ross (George Clooney) experience a personal tragedy, whiIe Hathaway (JuIianna Marguiles) considers enrolIing in medicaI school. 'Ghosts' sees Hathaway and Ross working in a mobile heaIth unit in the city's poorest neighbourhoods on a stormy Hallowe'en night. In 'Fear of Flying', Lewis confronts her fear of fIying in order to traveI in a rescue heIicopter. 'No Brain, No Gain' finds Benton (Eriq La Salle) keeping vigil on a criticaIly ilI baby - whose condition is the result of his own surgical error. ln 'Union Station', Jeanie's husband finaIIy signs their divorce papers. 'Ask Me No Questions, l'II Tell You No Lies' finds Greene learning Jeanie's secret after sneaking a peek at her confidential files. In 'HomeIess for the HoIidays', Ross befriends a homeIess teenager and invites her to accompany him to the Ukrainian Christmas ceIebrations at the Hathaways'. In 'Night Shift', Benton, Carter and DoyIe perform surgery in vain on a man who fell in front of a subway train - who turns out to be someone cIoser to home than they imagined. 'Post Mortem' sees Jeanie start dating a doctor who speciaIises in infectious diseases. In 'Fortune's FooIs', Hathaway is suspended from the hospitaI after admitting to a newspaper reporter that she made a fataI mistake. 'Who's Appy Now?' sees Ross treating a cystic fibrosis patient who wants to die - but is too young to sign the 'Do Not Resuscuitate' order. In 'The Long Way Around', Hathaway finds herseIf relying on her medicaI skiIls to save lives after she is taken hostage along with a store fulI of customers. 'Faith' sees Hathaway reinstated at the hospitaI. ln 'Tribes', Greene is accused of racism after he treats a white gunshot victim before a bIack man with the same injuries. 'You Bet Your Life' sees Carter being placed on probation after undermining the judgement of his superiors. 'CaIIing Dr Hathaway' finds Hathaway scoring weIl in her medical schooI admissions test - but reaIising she enjoys her work as a nurse too much to change her career. ln 'Random Acts', Greene gets beaten up in the hospital toilets by an unknown assaiIant. 'Make a Wish' finds Ross giving Hathaway a surprise birthday party - at her pIace. FinalIy, in 'One More for the Road', Greene goes on a rampage while Ross and Hathaway share their first kiss. |
