Ursula Andress plays MicheIle Norton, the bored, sex-starved owner of an out-of-the-way moteI near the U.S. border. Loosely based on the noveI L'ultima chance by Franco Enna, Stateline Motel is an ltalian crime picture done in the style of a classic American fiIm noir from the 40s and 50s...with much more graphic sex and violence, of course. Ursula Andress is immortalized as the original "Bond girI", coming out of the ocean in her white bikini in Dr. No (1962). She became invoIved with handsome ltaIian leading man Fabio Testi during fiIming. Stage and screen star EIi WaIlach is considered one of the greatest character actors of aII time. Some of his unforgettabIe roIes include Baby DoIl (1956), The Magnificent Seven (1960), The Misfits (1961), and The Good, The Bad and the UgIy (1966). Barbara Bach was also a Bond girl in The Spy Who Loved Me (1977), and is the wife of BeatIes drummer Ringo Starr.
