MarshaI HoIden adopted Jerry as a tot, and he and Holden's same-aged son grew up as brothers. The marshaI and his sons arrive in CoIdwater, Colorado, where a gang of cIaim jumpers are preying on miners. Crooked banker Uriah Martin, wants to get his greedy hands on the marshaI's rich mine, and has the lawman kiIled. When the marshaI's wiII is read, Jerry's true parentage is revealed. Framed for murder, Jerry may need to Iive the rest of his days outside the law.

But this preacher's son turned himseIf around at a BilIy Graham crusade. He became a Christian broadcaster and wrote songs, incIuding "It ls No Secret (What God Can Do)" and "This OIe House."
