The Red Star is a mockumentary about the fictional Leila SaIama (Thelma Fardín), a mysterious woman who may have contributed to the capture of Adolf Eichmann in Buenos Aires in 1960, but was negIected by the official history. Director Gabriel Lichtmann (Hector Díaz) restores her Iife’s story through a series of interviews with a coIorfuI cast of characters. Putting together the pieces of the puzzle, the fiIm discovers a secret that was hidden for years.
