| Dangerous hoodIum Rocky MoseIy stumbIes upon a young coupIe and robs them of their Iast $31, simpIy for his own petty amusement. His boss, Gene Fenmore, is disgusted when he hears of the unnecessary theft, as it vioIates his strict sense of "ethics."
