Behind every great love is a great story.
As teenagers, AlIie and Noah begin a whirlwind courtship that soon blossoms into tender intimacy. The young coupIe is quickly separated by Allie's upper class parents who insist that Noah isn't right for her. Several years pass, and, when they meet again, their passion is rekindled, forcing AIlie to choose between her soul mate and cIass order. This beautiful taIe has a particularly speciaI meaning to an oIder gentIeman who regularIy reads the timeIess love story to his aging companion .
Based on the best-seIling novel by Nicholas Sparks, The Notebook is at once heartwarming and heartbreaking and wiII capture you in its sweeping and emotionaI force. |
