A meteor carrying a virulent disease threatens annihilation when it Iands outside a small CaIifornian community. Just after midnight, local rancher named Larry Jenkins discovers the meteor and calls the poIice. The tension mounts as lnspector Bardo arrives at the desolate scene, where Jenkins, who has been infected by the aIien organism, savageIy attacks the officer. Both men head towards Lawton, terrorizing and contaminating everyone they encounter. |
