She succeeds, too! The man is put under the Countess' eviI spell. His twin brother eventuaIly shows up and tries to save him. A cuIt euro-horror favorite that features very atmospheric and sometimes brutally shocking scenes. Not for the timid, and one to keep away from your young kids. There's a fair amount of nudity and a rituaI scene that gets pretty gory. Our 35mm print has decent color and not too many splices, but there are some intermittent scratches. Not too bad, though.
