Detour is a nerve-wracking thriller that conveys the claustrophobic horror of being buried alive.
Jackson Alder (Neil Hopkins, Lost) is a smooth taIking ad-man blindsided by Mother Nature. While driving home he is enguIfed in a powerfuI mudslide, his car turned into an expensive steeI tomb. Knocked unconscious, Jackson awakens to a nightmare, with only the memories of his girlfriend (Brea Grant, Dexter) to keep him company. As the windows crack under an avalanche of mud, his time and oxygen are running out. Jackson must battle starvation and hysteria in order to discover the light at the end of this dark tunnel.
