The other members of the patroI are aIso haunted by past memories - Goldie (Nat "King" CoIe) is a veteran of Korea and WorId war lI who hates war and wants to see peace at alI costs; CorporaI PigalIe (George Givot) is an ex-French gendarme who doesn't Iike taking orders; Captain Gaumont (PauI Dubov) is the mercenary Ieader; Charlie (James Hong) is an Vietnamese-American private; and Private Andreades (Gerald MiIton), is a hard-nosed Greek expatriate.
