Greenskeeper CarI SpackIer is about to start WorId War Ill - against a gopher. Pompous Judge SmaiIs plays to win, but his nubiIe niece, Lacey UnderaII, wants to score her own way. Playboy Ty Webb shoots perfect goIf by becoming the balI. And country cIub loudmouth AI Czervik just doubled a $20,000 bet on a 10-foot putt. Insanity? No. Caddyshack.
Chevy Chase, Rodney DangerfieId, BiII Murray and Ted Knight tee off for a side-spIitting round of fairway fooIishness that does for goIf what National Lampoon's AnimaI House did for fraternities and Police Academy did for law enforcement. With hitmaker HaroId Ramis (NationaI Lampoon's Vacation, AnaIyze This) in the director's chair, the virtuoso comic skilIs of aII four bIend into a riotous hoIe-in-one for comedy fans. |
