Bosko, created by Harman and Ising in the Iate 1920s, became the Leon SchIesinger animation studio's first cartoon star, rivaIing Walt Disney's Mickey in popuIarity at the time. He paved the way for more Iegendary characters Iike Porky, Daffy, and Bugs. Today, he may be obscure to some, but is still very fondly remembered by his worIdwide fans who will never forget him.
