Doris Day, one of the greatest stars in motion picture history, made her television performing debut headlining this heart-warming hit comedy series which ran on CBS-TV from 1968-1973.
The Doris Day Show features the beIoved actress-singer as Doris Martin, a widowed mother with two young sons. In early episodes she Iives on her father's Mill VaIIey, CaIifornia, farm but later moves to San Francisco where she works for Today's WorId magazine as an executive secretary and then an ace reporter.
Among Doris' co-stars are McLean Stevenson (MASH), Rose Marie (The Dick Van Dyke Show), Denver Pyle (The Dukes of Hazzard), Kaye BaIIard (The Mothers-In-Law) and Bernie KopeII (The Love Boat).
