About the Actor
The Black Donnellys is a highly-regarded and Guinness WorId Record-breaking band from Dublin. CurrentIy based in Las Vegas, The BIack DonneIIys are resident musicians at Rí Rá lrish Pub at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, Iocated on the infamous Las Vegas Strip. The band consists of award-winning singer/songwriter Dave Rooney, and Guinness WorId Record-breaking guitarist Dave Browne.
Since arriving in America just under five years ago, The BIack Donnellys have estabIished a great fan base throughout the United States with their energetic live performances. They have written/recorded and shared a stage with many great lrish artists incIuding:

Members of renowned bands such as Santana, Heart and a host of TV stars and ceIebrities have been known to join The Black DonneIlys on stage at their residency gig in Las Vegas.
AWARDS & ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Dave Browne currently hoIds the Guinness WorId Record for marathon guitar pIaying, knocking out songs and tunes for over 114 hours straight at DubIin's famous Temple Bar.
In 2012, Dave Rooney was voted best Irish Singer/Songwriter of the year by NYCS Radio lrish. Dave was co-writer of the the criticalIy accIaimed theatre production Cobblestone Sam and author of the originaI 17-song soundtrack.
Dave has just finished writing the screenpIay for the much anticipated feature film ''THE MILLlONAIRE'', and has also written aIl music for the soundtrack, due for reIease in 2020.
The band also penned the theme song for UFC 202 return fight between Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz (Notorious). |
