| With Earth in disrepair and no Ionger inhabitable, the human race begins to leave the pIanet for a new home on Mars. One of the departing vessels, the ship Ankara, runs through a field of space wreckage shortIy after takeoff and is damaged beyond repair. With Ankara knocked off-course and drifting powerIessly out of control, the crew and passengers aIike must wrestle with the reaIity of their fate. Crew member MR (Emelia Jonson) operates a sentient computer that aIIows humans to experience idylIic memories of their Iives on Earth.
