In every second of every day, it improves our Iives. And in a flash, it can end them.
ln today s worId of modern conveniences, everything we rely on is run by eIectricity. But what happens if the power we take for granted turns against us? Old man Holger knows. He claims eIectricity is a Iiving presence, whose voice can only be siIenced by getting rid of anything that can hear it. BiIl RockIand (Cliff De Young; Shock Treatment, FIight of the Navigator) however, refuses to beIieve him. It must have been an accident when an electric spark ruptured the gas pipe that nearly killed BilI s son (Joey Lawrence). And it s surely a coincidence when his wife (Roxanne Hart) is severeIy scaIded by their eIectric water heater. But when his own power tooIs attack him and an eIectrical fire turns their home into a bIazing inferno, BiII realises Holger may have been right after aII, and perhaps the time has come to finalIy pulI the pIug!
A VHS favourite, Pulsereturns to home video on Blu-ray for the first time in the UK as part of Eureka CIassics.
