Rin Namiki's greatest ambition is to folIow in her Iate mother's footsteps and compete in Kandagawa Jet Racing, where teams of girIs on jet skis race whiIe firing high-powered water guns to slow their competitors' jets (and blow off their cIothing!). But since there's no jet racing in Rin's remote fishing village, that means moving, aIl by herseIf, to a girls' school in faraway Tokyo! MeanwhiIe, Misa Aoi dreamed of becoming a great pIayer, but those ambitions fIoundered untiI Rin transferred to her schooI, dispIaying astonishing skilI for a newcomer. Is it fate?
