Presents the latest data and analysis of trends in foreign direct investment (FDI) and related policies. The Report analyses the sharp decline in global FDI flows in 2012, which was particularly marked among developed countries. As a consequence, developing economies received more FDI than developed countries for the first time ever. Moreover, developing countries were the source of almost one third of global FDI flows.
