WHATSOEVER IS BORN OF GOD is about the Dominion Authority that God gave to Adam and Eve at the beginning of creation. The five (5) Biblical steps were given in Genesis 1:28 as follows:

1) Be fruitful,

2) And multiply,

3) Fill the earth,

4) Subdue it, and

5) Have Dominion over all the creations of God on earth.
