| General secretary Xi JinPing stated on the ¿Three Critical Battles¿ conference that, targeted Poverty Alleviation (PA) has made phased progress, we must fight successfully and substantially.PA informatization is significant contents and innovative form.We discuss the relation between informatization and precise PA: IT enriches ways of PA, improves precision of supply and demand matching, and is good for improving the efficiency of PA work.For existing problems in poor area: people¿s deficiency of consciousness, lack of professionals, poor quality of service,narrow coverage, lack of material investment and support from policy and law, and imperfect management, we find out accesses and verify by case study.By analyzing the card establishing of PingShan county, we summarize current merits and demerits.Finally, we conclude nine suggestions: attach importance to long-term pertinence, establish card and recognize precisely, take advantage of IT multidimensionally, strengthen infrastructure construction, increase the additional value of modes and industries, innovate methods, build information sharing mechanisms, coordinate efforts, strictly organize and manage. |
