Then realizing that the Postal Service will be moving into a future period of limited potential for ongoing meaningful reductions in operating costs from the deployment of automation equipment, I decided to also provide some options for future productivity improvements. However, the various issues raised in this book should also provide the Postal Service other options to deal with current and future needs. |
