A bloody race against time to apprehend a serial killer in the very heart of Ireland
The dead body of a famous composer is found in a room in one of the most exclusive hotels in Dublin. There is not a single drop of blood left in it. Kiaran, a resolute detective from the Garda, the Irish police force, oversees the investigation. The case becomes increasingly dangerous and puzzling when evidence hints at the work of a serial killer. To solve it, Kiaran needs help from Hayden, a shrewd young man with an enigmatic past and an extravagant personality who has already collaborated with the police on previous occasions. The two will set on a frantic hunt for the killer, as they discover his identity is tied to an ancient secret, lost in the darkest and most sinister legends of Irish folklore.
In his first novel, Beñat Miranda, also known as Solapaine -the voice and soul of the Spanish-speaking community of one of the most important video games of the century, Fortnite-, catches the reader in an addictive crime story with an unexpected ending, becoming one of the new up-and-coming voices of this genre. |
