title is a command that changes the title for the Microsoft Windows
Command Prompt window. It is a shell builtin of the command line
interpreter cmd.exe. The default title is defined in the %COMSPEC%
environment variable. However, since the Win32 console title can also be
defined in the program shortcut, the title is usually set to "Command
Prompt". In computing, a command is a directive to a computer program
acting as an interpreter of some kind, in order to perform a specific
task. Most commonly a command is a directive to some kind of command
