El narrador de esta historia despierta en una cama que no reconoce en una habitación que no siente propia. Está amaneciendo y no sabe dónde está, ni que le impide levantarse, le cuesta abrir los ojos e identificar los ruidos y las voces que llegan desde el exterior. En su duermevela, trata de engarzar un recuerdo con otro hasta componer un mosaico en el que solo una constante parece anclarlo a la realidad: la relación que le une a Elisa y Tim.

Con una prosa certera y afilada, TIM narra la vulnerabilidad de un ser al límite de su conciencia en combate consigo mismo y el mundo que le rodea. Como si de una metáfora de nuestro presente se tratara, el relato se construye y deconstruye una y otra vez hasta colocar al lector ante el abismo de lo verdadero y del concepto último de identidad.

The narrator wakes up on a bed he doesn't recognize, in a room that doesn't feel as his own. The sun's coming up, but he doesn't know where he is, or what prevents him from getting up. He can't open his eyes nor identify the noises and voices coming from outside. In his drowsiness, he tries to thread one memory to another, putting together a mosaic where just one constant seems to anchor him to reality: his relationship with Elisa and Tim.

With an accurate and sharp prose, Tim follows the vulnerability of a being on the edge of consciousness, battling himself and the world around him. Almost like a metaphor of our present, the tale is built and rebuilt, over and over, until the reader stands before the abyss of what is true and of the ultimate concept of identity.
