The book of Genesis tells us that God created the earth in 6 days and rested on the seventh. Thus the week is divided: 6 days for man, the last one for God. It will be the same for mankind: 6000 years for men under the influence of Satan, the last millennium corresponding to the reign of Christ and the saints.
