| The book is so rich and awesome, it talks about how useful vegetables are, and how consumers get it despite the presence of middlemen. Vegetables are highly perishable and so must get to the final consumer on time so it will be consumed on time and not wasted. So many factors can cause the delay of these vegetables from reaching the final consumer on time, numerous middlemen inadequate storage, etc. This book, therefore, shows that despite constraints in the business of marketing vegetables, women were able to make profit and improve there livelihood. |
