In the decade since 'Off Our Rockers' was published we (a retired empty-nester couple from New Zealand, now in our 60's) have continued our travel adventures, traversing 5 continents and encountering dozens of different cultures. Along the way we have marveled at ancient wonders and wondered at modern marvels, have been amazed and amused as we experienced a constantly changing mix of fun and frustration, comfort and calamity, humour and hassle, plenty and poverty... a veritable smorgasbord of what is wonderful (mostly) and woeful (sometimes) about the world.
