| Jada had always been an honor roll student, and had great aspirations to succeed in life. She had been violated and stripped of her innocence at the age of five, and her torment continued until she was fourteen. She's endured unspeakable things in her young life, and never told a soul about it. Initially, it was because she didn't know to tell, and then it was because she was afraid to tell. It wasn't until she was much older that the reality of what had happened to her sunk in. It wasn't until then, that she realized just how sick the human mind could be. When she decided that she would no longer be a victim, that decision pushed her tumultuous relationship with her mother to the edge, and caused her to suffer shame for what she had no control of. Her next violator would be her last, and now she was in a race to save herself from a life in prison. This was the price that she had to pay for her silence. |
