Every Saint was once a sinner...

Reverend Thomas Jarrett hadn't always been a priest. In fact, he'd spent most of his life as a gunfighter, and his reputation has spread wide as a man never to cross. Until the Saints of Laredo had showed him a better path. But the Saints had gone their separate ways, and in the aftermath, Jarrett had found his calling.

Rue Lewis wasn't the church-going type. Far from it, as her own past made the average Christian look at her with judgement and disgust. But her sister had needed her. Recently widowed, her sister Josie was alone with her children trying to make a fresh start in the West, and Rue couldn't let her face such a challenge alone.

But peace wasn't in the cards for either of them. When farmers at the edge of town begin dying at the hands of what appears to be the local tribe, Jarrett's past might be all that saves Rue and her family. But the truth may be even closer to home than either of them could have imagined.
