Please note that the content of this book primarily consists of articles available from Wikipedia or other free sources online. Raydiation is the third studio album by American R&B singer-songwriter Ray J, released in the United States on September 20, 2005 (see 2005 in music) by Sanctuary Records. The album was primarily produced by Rodney "Darkchild" Jerkins, with additional production from R. Kelly and Timbaland. According to Music Choice, Ray J wrote three songs to be produced by Timbaland but could only afford one. he album's release was postponed several times (from fall 2004 to March, April, June and July to September 2005 finally). The first single choice varied many times, too. At certain points Ray J himself had announced "Keep Sweatin" as his new single. "Quit Actin" was in talks, too, before "One Wish" was picked.
