Elias came to a remote cabin to escape his life, not to share it. But a booking error brings Amaya - a woman as cold as the blizzard outside - to his door.

Amaya has spent centuries keeping the world at a distance, but the human stranger in the holiday sweater is a temptation she didn't see coming. Trapped together as the snow piles high, an ancient hunger awakens, and a bond is forged that defies the laws of life and death.

In the heart of the forest, the ice is finally starting to thaw.
