| The professional practice in music requires, mainly, physical and emotional well-being, being a mandatory context required to have a quality result and not run the risk of unbalance over time. Therefore, the influence of stressful factors exerted on musicians, can make them predisposed to psychological illness, and may reach a more serious case regarding the physical and emotional exhaustion, known as Burnout Syndrome.
