So I told a few friends and family members and they all wanted to know how I did it so I decided I would write a book. I really wish I had all of this information when I began because it would have made the process smoother. I learned how to mystery shop by doing it but it took some trial and error to find companies and the information I needed to succeed. This book provides that for you.
