In the final battle between good and evil, the fight for freedom and liberty brings the Puffins and their Allies together on land, sea and in the air. They are resolved to once and for all rid their land of evil renegades who want to destroy freedom and their way of life. Old enemies and Patriots face off and with the dogged determination of the Puffins and their Allies they battle with all their might.

The Puffins are aided by their long-time best friend, Tenacious Tank, and his mighty military brigade. There are new family members added to Mamamo's loving family and new pups and creatures that find their forever homes.
