Proverbs 18:21 "My Walk & My Talk" is about how the above Bible verse changed my Christian life when I applied it to my then situation. When I look back today, after more than 10 years, I realize that my life as a Christian revolves around and is influenced by what comes out of my mouth and over my tongue. Words have power - they can build or destroy, heal, or kill. I have learned that I have the power and authority to live my life as God intended and that I must not allow outside influences to dictate who I am in Christ.  Even though Jesus called me just as I am, He loves me too much to allow me to remain just as I am. He set a guard over my mouth and keeps watch over the door of my lips. (Psalm 141:3) My life is "a book" that is meant to be seen and read to encourage all to "... taste and see that the Lord [our God] is good; How blessed [fortunate, prosperous, and favoured by God] is the man who takes refuge in Him." (Psalm 34:8)
