This index-genealogy companion book can be sold separately. Each family member is a protagonist in this Brazilian story, which became universal with the New World Book of Monnerat's, published in the USA and in dozens of countries around the world where families of the Monnerat genealogy live. The 1999 edition of the book lists the addresses of numerous families living in Switzerland, Italy, the USA and France, as well as more than 20 countries where families of this genealogy live, even if they don't have a Monnerat surname.
