Special Agent Trace McKnight imagines a very different world; a world in which nanobots implanted in the human brain can be used to control the actions and thoughts of their host, turning any man into the perfect killing machine, even one who could assassinate the President of the United States. those within his own organization. As McKnight's plan unfolds, Kincade realizes that he and the good doctor have just been pawns in a game that neither of them were prepared to play, but that won't stop them from playing to win.
