Retinal vein occlusion is a common and potentially serious retinal pathology. Macular edema is the main cause of blindness in retinal vein occlusions. Its diagnosis and monitoring is based on optical coherence tomography, which is a non-invasive and rapid means of exploration that allows both quantitative and qualitative analysis. Its treatment is based on intravitreal injections of anti-VEGF (Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor) such as Bevacizumab, a widely used molecule. We propose to study the efficacy of intravitreal injections of Bevacizumab in the treatment of macular edema related to retinal vein occlusions based on tomographic data. |
