| KDPIF, or Keystone Design Perforator Island Flap, has proven to be a reliable solution for complex surgical defect reconstructions, offering consistent results with reduced complications. Volume 2 continues the comprehensive coverage of KDPIF applications, extending to trunk, upper limb, groin, lower limb and foot regions. The flap's adaptability and minimal resource requirement make it an excellent fit for challenging reconstructions-including abdominal wall, sacral, breast, perineum, and heel defects. Case-based chapters highlight real-world scenarios and outcomes, emphasizing the flap's resilience even in irradiated tissue.
