| At Somerset Psychiatric Institution for the Criminally Insane, not everything is as it seems.
Dr. Sylvie Zcieveteveicz, an overly dedicated clinical psychologist who spends her days working in a small forensic psychiatric hospital, is having a bad week. As the doctor investigates the patients' worsening behaviors, the situation at the hospital spirals out of control when staff members begin to disappear, and she finds herself trapped in the psych ward with a mysterious figure who is determined to make sure the patients' secrets remain intact.
