The incomprehensible powers and abilities of your brain are without equal among earth's other organisms. Your mind is your brain in action. Whoever you become here and hereafter will be determined by the choices you make with your mind. Love or fear will dominate your thought life. You decide which one gets fed.
Love and its flourishing manifestations of joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control will envelop your heart, when practiced, and leave you pleasantly fulfilled and content. Healthy love relaxes your limbic system, counters the effects of fear, and assists you in the expansion of positive, uplifting abilities.
As you free love-love will free you. Developing tangible, well-practiced, alternative neural pathways of love and care will override your inherited and cultivated neural pathways of fear and selfishness, and you will begin to enjoy life like never before.
